“Honoured to Receive the SOGC 2026 Regional Achievement Award – Central Region
I am deeply honoured to have received the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (SOGC) Regional Achievement Award – Central Region during the 2026 Annual Clinical and Scientific Conference (ACSC) held in Ottawa, June 17–19, 2026.
This recognition is particularly meaningful because it reflects the collective efforts of outstanding colleagues, mentors, trainees, and multidisciplinary teams with whom I have had the privilege to work. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about advancing maternal-fetal medicine, supporting evidence-based practice, promoting research, and improving care for women and their families across our communities.
I am grateful to the SOGC for this honour and for its continued leadership in advancing women’s health in Canada. I would also like to thank my colleagues in Saskatchewan and across the country whose collaboration, support, and friendship have made this journey possible.
This award inspires me to continue contributing to clinical excellence, education, advocacy, and research in obstetrics and gynecology.
