Adolfo Rodríguez Eguren: The Regenerative Potential of Umbilical Cord PRP for Endometrial Pathologies
Adolfo Rodríguez Eguren, Scientific Project Director of Regenerics, shared a post on LinkedIn about a paper he co-authored with colleagues published in Reproductive BioMedicine Online։
“Very happy to share that we have just published the results of a groundbreaking multicenter clinical trial in Reproductive BioMedicine Online, showing the regenerative potential of umbilical cord PRP for endometrial pathologies and its potential as an approach to help women with compromised endometria on their journey to motherhood. This is the first clinical trial of its kind.
This project is particularly special to me, as it originated as part of my PhD research under Irene Cervelló’s supervision, with Lucía De Miguel playing an important role in its early stages, and has since continued to evolve, with Paula Alonso-Frías and Clara Bueno taking the lead in bringing the project through to completion and publication. Congratulations to the whole team involved.
Beyond the results themselves, this study is also a great example of how collaboration and coordination across different clinical services, hospital departments and research teams can come together to move science forward.
Very proud to see this work published and grateful to have been part of its journey from the beginning.”
