“The Fertile Window: Why Your Best Days Come Before Ovulation.
Did you know pregnancy is most likely during a six-day window? This includes the five days leading up to ovulation and the day of ovulation itself!
The highest chances of conception usually occur in the two days before ovulation, when viable sperm may already be ready for the egg’s release.
After ovulation, the egg is only fertilisable for about 12–24 hours, so timing is crucial!
To maximise your chances, consider having intercourse every one to two days throughout your fertile window without stressing over pinpointing the exact day.
Remember, factors like age, sperm quality, and overall health play a significant role in fertility.”
