Umbilical Artery Doppler Chart for FGR Prediction – ISUOG

ISUOG International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology shared a post on LinkedIn:

“Vayenas et al. compare the predictive accuracy of 10 selected umbilical artery pulsatility index (UA-PI) reference charts for outcomes associated with placenta-mediated fetal growth restriction (FGR) in the June UOGJournal. They reported substantial variation among charts in both the proportion of SGA fetuses classified as growth restricted and the predictive accuracy of each chart for outcomes considered specific to placenta-mediated FGR.
