Surgical Management of Postpartum Haemorrhage and Manual Removal of the Placenta – RCOG
Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) shared a post on LinkedIn:
“As part of the final phase of the O and G Surgical Skills Project, we have launched a new webinar series. The sessions cover key procedures on the core curriculum, supporting trainees across all stages to expand their knowledge and develop skills that are fundamental to O and G training.
The next webinar will focus on the surgical management of postpartum haemorrhage (PPH) and manual removal of the placenta (MROP), two areas of obstetric practice where timely decision-making and operative management are essential. RCOG President Dr Alison Wright and Mr Wai Yoong will deliver the session, sharing their experience as leading O and G consultants and experts in obstetric surgery, including the surgical management of PPH.
