“This new review from Rafael Ferro, Federico Del Vento, and Isabelle STREULI discusses the importance of fertility preservation in Turner syndrome.
The review underscores the importance of early diagnosis, timely counselling, and a coordinated multidisciplinary approach, provides an evaluation of the barriers and ethical complexities, and current methods such as the promising ovarian tissue cryopreservation, in-vitro maturation, and vitrification, and novel strategies such as in-vitro activation and gene expression profiling which may improve outcomes.
