Elisabeth Iraola: Michelle Obama Highlights Urgency of Women’s Health Issues
Elisabeth Iraola, Associate Professor in Midwifery at the Faculty of Health, Sorbonne University, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“I am very pleased to have had the chance to listen to Michelle Obama at the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) Congress in Washington. A very inspiring and soothing speech on women’s health, particularly valuable in the current context.
I was also able to benefit from the contributions of Sharon Dekel on psychotrauma in perinatal care, which support the development of trauma-informed care in gynecology and obstetrics, as well as those of Molly Meegan on the issues related to the fight against restrictions on access to abortion.
