Association Between Blastocyst Morphometrics and Live Birth, Obstetric Complications and Perinatal Outcomes – RBMO

Reproductive BioMedicine Online (RBMO) shared a post on LinkedIn:

“This new study from Hiroki Utsuno and team at Keio University Hospital, indicates that both the inner cell mass (ICM) area and trophectoderm (TE) cell count are independently associated with live births following embryo transfer.

Once pregnancy is established, the TE cell count further influences placental weight, birth weight and the incidence of LBW, SGA and HDP.

Published open access, the paper can be read in full for free ahead of press from issue 53.2, now.”
