ACSC2026 Day Two Focuses on Women’s Rights and Respectful Maternity Care – SOGC

“Day two of ACSC2026 is underway! This morning kicked off with an update on the FIGO 2027 World Congress in Montreal followed by discussions on women’s rights and violence during labour and delivery.”
Ally Murji, Chief & Medical Director Women’s & Children’s Program at Trillium Health Partners, shared The Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (SOGC)’s post, adding:
“Spoke The Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada conference this morning in Ottawa to give a sneak peak of the SOGC guidelines we authored that will be released this summer on Diagnosis and Management of iron deficiency and iron deficiency anemia in women’s health. Wonderful seeing so many familiar faces.”
