“In assisted reproduction, patients rarely meet the embryologist.
And yet, a large part of the process depends on what happens in the laboratory.
Oocytes are assessed. Embryos are handled, cultured and selected.
Every step requires precision and constant attention.
This work is not visible. But it is always there.
Day after day, behind each cycle.
Embryology is, by nature, a quiet profession.
It doesn’t happen in front of the patient and it doesn’t always get explained, but it is present in every outcome.
A fertility clinic is built on many roles but,
without the laboratory, there is no treatment.
Making this work more visible is not about recognition.
It is about building understanding and trust in a process that often feels complex from the patient’s perspective.
