Swagata Goswami: I Have Successfully Completed and Validated Trophectoderm Biopsy for PGT
Swagata Goswami, Senior Embryologist at Pratiksha Hospital, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“I am delighted to share an important milestone in my career as an Embryologist.
I have now successfully completed and validated Trophectoderm (TE) Biopsy for Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT), with independent validation demonstrating successful Whole Genome Amplification (WGA) in the majority of biopsied samples and appropriate quality control measures.
Trophectoderm biopsy is a highly specialized procedure that requires precision, technical expertise, and meticulous laboratory practice. Every biopsy performed is a step towards providing patients with advanced reproductive care while maintaining the highest standards of embryo handling.
This achievement reflects months of learning, training, dedication, and commitment to continuous professional development in the field of clinical embryology.
I look forward to contributing further to the advancement of PGT services and helping improve IVF outcomes through evidence-based laboratory practices.
My sincere gratitude to my mentor whose guidance and support have been invaluable throughout this journey.
Here’s to continuous learning, innovation, and excellence in reproductive medicine.”
