Wendie Pasterick Aston: Male Fertility Testing Shouldn’t Be Overlooked

Wendie Pasterick Aston, Fertility/Hormone/Pregnancy Coach Expert, Nath Certified Transpersonal Hypnotherapist, shared on LinkedIn:

“You want to get pregnant, but has your husband/partner been tested?

I can’t tell you how many times this is overlooked. His health is assumed ok but there are vital tests that can be run that can indicate overall health is not optimal. Maybe digestion is sluggish, performance in the bedroom isn’t what it used to be, he sleeps poorly and has low energy, or something else.

Overall health is an indicator of sperm health. DNA fragmentation needs to be looked at. It takes about 72 days for sperm to mature. Test, detox, transform, optimize sperm so you can have the healthiest chance at conception.

Often miscarriage is due to poor sperm; it takes 2 to make a baby. Encourage him to do preconception testing as well, which is why I prefer to work with couples together. Throwing supplements isn’t an answer either if the gut isn’t optimal.

Teamwork!”
