Aumatma Simmons: Age Matters in Fertility, but It’s Not the Whole Picture
Aumatma Simmons, Co-Founder and Chief Fertility Officer at Madre Fertility, shared on LinkedIn:
“Age Matters in Fertility – but It’s Not the Whole Picture.
Age is an important factor in fertility, particularly as egg quantity and quality change over time.

- Nutrition and nutrient status
- Metabolic health
- Stress and lifestyle
- Hormonal health
- Overall cellular health
Many of these factors are modifiable and worth addressing as part of comprehensive fertility care.
Key Insight: The goal isn’t to ignore age. It’s to avoid treating age as the only variable that matters.
