ISUOG International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology shared a post on LinkedIn about a paper by Sarah Sonner et al. published in Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

The ODYSSEY study by Sonner et al. recently investigated the retrospective yield of prenatal exome sequencing (PES), finding that almost one-fifth of children with a monogenic condition could have received a diagnosis via modern PES if it had been available – potentially avoiding a diagnostic odyssey lasting almost four years.
