Ljiljana Marina: Our Manuscript on DOR Has Been Accepted for Publication in the European Journal of Endocrinology

“Delighted to share that our manuscript, ‘Rethinking diminished ovarian reserve in an age-integrated endocrine framework’, has been accepted for publication in the European Journal of Endocrinology!

This invited review brings together questions that have become increasingly important in my clinical practice: how should we interpret diminished ovarian reserve – DOR, in the context of age, ovarian function, and women’s health beyond fertility?

We explore an endocrine framework for understanding DOR, the importance of interpreting AMH in relation to age, and the distinction between diminished ovarian reserve, premature ovarian insufficiency, and the menopausal transition.
