Theofano Bounartzi: Professional Growth in Embryology Comes from Continuously Investing in Learning
Theofano Bounartzi, Biologist, Clinical Embryologist at the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE), shared on LinkedIn:
”I believe that professional growth in embryology comes from continuously investing in learning and seeking opportunities to expand our knowledge.
I recently attended the ESHRE Campus Course ‘Precision ART: Insights into ICSI and Embryo Biopsy’, organised by the ESHRE SIG Embryology and ESHRE SIG Safety and Quality in ART.
As I continue to develop my expertise in the IVF laboratory, I am making a conscious effort to deepen my understanding of micromanipulation techniques, including ICSI and embryo biopsy, while learning more about their implementation, troubleshooting, and quality and safety aspects.
Every opportunity to learn is a step forward.”
