Does Lifestyle Really Affect Fertility? – Montgomery Fertility Center
Montgomery Fertility Center shared on LinkedIn:
“Does lifestyle really affect fertility?
Yes.
But lifestyle is only one piece of the puzzle.
- Sleep,
- nutrition,
- physical activity,
- smoking/vaping,
- alcohol,
- recreational drugs,
- stress,
- environmental exposures
can all play a role in reproductive health.
Healthy habits can support fertility, but they cannot completely overcome biological factors such as age or certain medical conditions.
Read The Quest for Fertility and take the next step toward becoming more informed about your fertility health, available on Amazon.”
