A patient may know they need help long before they are ready to start treatment.
In between, they search, compare, ask questions, hesitate, and try to understand what the right next step is. For the clinic, most of this remains invisible.
But what if we could make this part of the journey visible?
Technology can now help clinics understand what prospective patients are looking for, what they are trying to decide and where they lose momentum – before they become patients.
This creates an opportunity to respond to their needs earlier, personalise the information they receive and help them move from intent to decision.
The question is no longer whether this gap exists, but whether we can start making it visible – and doing something about it.”
