  • A network meta-analysis comparing Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), HRT + GnRH agonist, ovarian stimulation cycles, true natural cycles, and modified natural cycles found that:

No endometrial preparation strategy demonstrated superiority for live birth rates.

No protocol showed better clinical pregnancy rates.

No significant differences were observed in miscarriage rates.

This reinforces an important clinical principle:
