“RESET began as a response to something we had both observed over time.
Embryologists are highly skilled, deeply responsible, and constantly working under pressure. Yet most educational formats in our field focus on protocols, outcomes, and technical excellence.
Very few create space to reflect on how we work, how decisions are made, and what conditions shape performance in real life.
The idea was simple, but unconventional:
- Create a space where embryologists could pause
- Step away from performance-driven environments
- And think deeply about culture, judgement, and systems
Dean Morbeck and I are excited to bring the Second Edition of RESET to Da Nang,
