Lauren Blandin: The Role of Nervous System Regulation in Fertility Treatment
Lauren Blandin, DNP, FNP – BC, Founder of Fertility Yoga shared a post on LinkedIn:
“The most resilient people I know are not the ones who have learned to push through everything.
They are the ones who have learned to come back to themselves, reliably, quickly and without losing ground.
I work primarily with women navigating fertility treatment. But the pattern I see in them is identical to what I see in founders and executives navigating sustained high stakes pressure.
The circumstances are different. The nervous system’s response is the same.
I wrote about what’s actually happening beneath the surface and why so much of what we call a performance ceiling is actually a regulation ceiling.
If you work under pressure, lead under pressure or live under pressure, this one is for you.”
