“It all began some time ago with an idea from Prof. Attilio Di Spiezio Sardo: to perform interstitial myolysis using microwave or radiofrequency thermal ablation through the working channel of a hysteroscope to treat submucosal uterine fibroids

Based on that idea, our research and development department has created microwave antennas and radiofrequency needles specifically designed to meet the needs of gynecologists who perform hysteroscopy

Thanks to this minimally invasive surgical technique, we are able to help all patients suffering from uterine fibroids, with the goal not only of reducing the size of the lesion but also of significantly improving associated symptoms (abnormal uterine bleeding, pelvic pain, dyspareunia, dysmenorrhea, and constipation)
