Margaret Cali: You’re Allowed to Rest Without Having Earned It First…
Margaret Cali, IVF Readiness Integration Strategist, shared on LinkedIn:
”IVF can make rest feel like something you have to earn.
- After the appointment.
- After the results.
- After everything is sorted.
Until then, there is always something else to do.
- Another question to research.
- Another plan to make.
- Another way to feel more prepared.
But rest is not falling behind.
It is not giving up, and it is not a lack of commitment.
Sometimes it is what makes the next step possible.
Many women going through IVF do not need more encouragement to keep pushing.
They may need permission to stop for a moment without feeling guilty.
That is why this week’s Dear Brave Soul is simple:
You’re allowed to rest without having earned it first.”
