“I have taken on the role of Interim Head of the US Fertility Franchise at EMD Serono.
I have worked in fertility before, across other markets, but since last December, leading the marketing team and then the franchise, this has been its own education in the US access landscape, in the clinics, and in a team that knows this business deeply.
Every time I step into a new leadership role, I ask the same question: what does good look like the day I hand this over, compared to day one, for the people and for the business?
Grateful to the colleagues who have made this first stretch a genuinely good one. More to come.”
