“One of our patients, after an especially challenging journey to embryo transfer, brought us a bottle of champagne, along with several other thoughtful gifts, on the day of her transfer.
Rather than opening it immediately, we decided to save it, hoping that we would soon have a much better reason to celebrate.
When the wonderful news finally arrived, we opened that bottle together as a team.
She had shared her trust and kindness with us, and it was our turn to share our joy with her.
Her journey ultimately reached its most beautiful destination with the healthy arrival of her baby.
Some bottles are simply worth saving for the right moment.”
