When It Comes to RPL, More Treatment Does Not Always Mean Better Care – ESHRE SIG Reproductive Genetics
ESHRE SIG Reproductive Genetics shared on LinkedIn:
“When it comes to recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL), more treatment does not always mean better care.
With an increasing number of tests, treatments and add-ons available to patients experiencing recurrent pregnancy loss, knowing what not to prescribe can be just as important as knowing what to offer.
At our upcoming ESHRE Campus workshop in Budapest, a dedicated session on Evidence-Based Treatments will look at some of the questions we regularly face in clinical practice:
- What is the latest evidence for progesterone support?
- Is there a role for precision timing of implantation and luteal phase optimisation?
- Which commonly used treatments are supported by evidence – and which are not?
With just a few days to go, we look forward to bringing together clinicians, embryologists, geneticists, researchers and the wider reproductive medicine community in Budapest.
