Barbara Lawrenz: Developmental Competence of Oocytes from Dominant Follicles in the Early Follicular Phase
Barbara Lawrenz, Scientific Director at ART Fertility Clinics, shared a post on LinkedIn about a paper she co-authored with colleagues published in Reproductive BioMedicine Online (RBMO):
“Treatment of women with a severely diminished ovarian reserve is challenging, especially in an environment where oocyte donation is not an option, and their own oocytes are extremely precious.
This group of women often presents with a dominant follicle in the early follicular phase.
In our retrospective study, we evaluated the developmental competency of the oocytes obtained from these follicles.
Now published in RBMO.”
