“Introducing DISS IVF.
Clinical Intelligence for Reproductive Medicine.
After years of working in reproductive medicine and IVF, one challenge became increasingly clear to me:
IVF generates enormous amounts of data.
But data alone do not create clinical intelligence.
Laboratory results, imaging, ovarian reserve, endocrine factors, reproductive anatomy, male factors, embryology, genetics, previous treatment history, and patient-related factors are often reviewed separately.
What is often missing is a structured way to bring them together.
Today, I am formally introducing DISS IVF — Daifalla IVF Success System.
DISS IVF is being developed as a structured, explainable, evidence-informed clinical intelligence framework for reproductive medicine.
The pathway.
Capture – Interpret – Identify What Is Missing – Assess – Optimize – Reassess – Predict
DISS IVF is designed to help:
- Capture and structure clinical, laboratory, imaging, and IVF data
- Interpret medically relevant findings
- Detect missing investigations and incomplete information
- Assess readiness across five clinical pillars
- Identify modifiable medical and surgical factors
- Support guideline-informed optimization

One distinction is fundamental:
Readiness is not prediction.
Readiness asks:
Is this patient appropriately optimized to proceed?
Prediction asks:
What is this individual patient’s estimated probability of reproductive success?
The aim is not to replace the reproductive medicine specialist.
It is to make complex IVF decisions more:
- Structured.
- Explainable.
- Evidence-informed.
- Patient-centered.
DISS IVF is a developing clinical intelligence framework, and its clinical components require appropriate validation before outcome claims are made.
