“IVF is often discussed as if success depends on finding one decisive variable.
But clinical reality is more complex.
Age, ovarian reserve, anatomy, endocrine status, sperm factors, embryo competence, genetics, previous treatment history, and patient readiness do not exist in isolation. Their meaning changes in context.
This is one of the reasons I believe reproductive medicine needs to move from fragmented data toward structured clinical intelligence.
With DISS – Daifalla IVF Success System – the direction we are exploring is not to replace clinical judgment, but to organize complex IVF information into a clinician-supervised framework that can support readiness assessment, optimization, and more explainable decision-making.
