Ziwig Biotech Launches Groundbreaking Endometriosis Saliva Test – FINN Partners
FINN Partners shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Major announcement from FINN client Ziwig Biotech: Ziwig Endotest, the world’s first endometriosis saliva test, has received marketing authorization in the United States.
Endometriosis is a disease that affects 190 million women worldwide, nearly one in ten women of reproductive age. This news marks a major new step toward global access to endometriosis diagnosis.
Our recent Ziwig press conference showcased a remarkable journey, from a breakthrough innovation to a scientifically validated and globally deployed solution.
Key milestones achieved:
- Publication of the ENDOmiRNA study results in NEJM Evidence (Nov. 2025), the world’s first validation of a salivary biomarker for endometriosis
- Deployment of Ziwig Endotest in 37 countries
- ENDOBEST study: patient recruitment completed in France (2,500 patients), with a total of more than 25,000 women already benefiting from early access to the test in Ziwig’s country of origin
Research at the core of the vision. Beyond endometriosis, Ziwig is expanding its salivary RNA technology to other high–public health–impact conditions, including:
- multiple gynecological pathologies (the GYNARN study),
- ovarian cancer (the OVARN study),
- and ALS – Charcot disease (the SLARN study, inclusion completed).
Ziwig continues to show its unwavering commitment to transforming healthcare: precision, predictive, and accessible medicine is becoming a reality, powered by cutting-edge science, AI, and a patient-first global vision.”
