”A chapter closes, and a new one begins!

As I come to the end of one important chapter in my career and begin another, I wanted to take a moment to reflect and, above all, to say thank you.

I would like to begin by thanking Baroness Geeta Nargund, founder of CREATE Fertility. Her vision, pioneering contribution to reproductive medicine and unwavering commitment to improving fertility care have had a profound impact on our field. It has been a privilege to have been part of the organisation she founded.

At the end of July, I concluded my time with CREATE Fertility, where I had the privilege of serving as Clinical Lead across the Wimbledon and Southampton clinics.

I leave CREATE with enormous gratitude for the patients I have had the privilege to care for, the colleagues I have worked alongside, and the experiences that have shaped me both professionally and personally.

There are so many people who have contributed to this chapter of my career, and it would be impossible to do justice to everyone in a single post. I would, however, like to thank a few people whose support, friendship and confidence have meant a great deal to me.

A sincere thank you to Dan Annetts, CEO of CREATE Fertility, and Cesar Diaz Garcia, CMO, for your support, encouragement and confidence in me.

I would also like to thank Marni Allen, Global Marketing Director, for her support and contribution to the wider CREATE team and organisation.

A special thank you to Dr Tamer Nafee, Deputy Medical Director, for your support and collegiality, and to all the wonderful doctors, nurses, embryologists, administrators and wider teams across Wimbledon and Southampton. There are too many of you to name individually, but I am genuinely grateful for everything we shared.

And now, I am delighted to begin a new chapter with Complete Fertility.

What makes this next step particularly special is that the team at Complete are not new faces to me. They are old friends and colleagues, people I have known, worked with and respected for many years. In many ways, it feels less like starting somewhere new and more like coming back to work alongside people I already know and trust.

I am particularly grateful to Mili Saran, Medical Director of Complete Fertility, for the opportunity to join the team as a Consultant in IVF and Reproductive Medicine, and for the trust and confidence she has placed in me.

I am really looking forward to this next chapter – working alongside old friends, meeting new colleagues, and continuing to do what I love most: providing compassionate, evidence-based fertility care and helping patients on their journey towards building their families.

To everyone who has been part of my journey so far – thank you.

And to those I haven’t been able to mention by name: please know that your support, friendship and contribution have not gone unnoticed.

One chapter closes. Another begins. Same passion, same commitment, and plenty to look forward to.”
