“What an incredible first week Care Fertility!
It’s been a real privilege to step into the world of fertility and begin to understand the depth of care, precision, and dedication that goes into supporting patients on such an important journey. Working alongside such an experienced and compassionate team of consultants, nurses, laboratory specialists and patient services teams, has already been incredibly inspiring.
From the clinical side to the lab and the vital support provided by patient services and leadership, every part of the process is so carefully coordinated. Seeing firsthand the expertise, collaboration, and attention to detail that underpin fertility treatment has been genuinely eye opening. There’s so much happening behind the scenes that patients may never see, but it makes all the difference to their experience.
I’m really looking forward to spending more time with each team, learning from them, and gaining a deeper appreciation of the incredible work they do every single day.
A few photo from the week, a rare moment in scrubs while observing the incredible work firsthand. While they won’t be part of my day-to-day, it was a great way to get closer to the care and expertise that defines this field.
