George Woodhead: Sharing Our Work on Cryotransport of Vitrified Donor Oocytes at ESHRE!
George Woodhead, Senior Embryologist at Care Fertility Nottingham, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Attended my first European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) conference in London. Enjoyed the opportunity to present some work via a poster presentation on the effect of cryotransport on the outcomes of vitrified donor oocytes.
Was pleased to see lots of presentations and posters on shortened vitrification and one step warming protocols. Huge thanks to Miguel Gallardo Molina for mentioning the one step warming work done at Care Fertility. Congratulations on a fantastic talk. Also thanks to Lodovico Parmegiani for all the advice on warming slow frozen oocytes. Looking forward to sharing all the findings with our focus group team.
It was also a great opportunity to catch up with colleagues old and new as well as suppliers and embryologists from other clinics. Grateful for the sponsorships from Kitazato and CooperSurgical Fertility Solutions which allowed me to attend the conference. Also to those at Care behind the scenes that made it all happen (Emma Nash and Jinny Rix). Thank you.
Hope to attend next year’s conference!.”
