Louise Collins, Senior Lecturer at University College Cork, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Delighted to host the first in-person meeting of the Endo Ireland Research Subcommittee last week. It was great to bring together members from across Ireland to discuss the future of endometriosis research, collaboration and clinical engagement nationally.
Thank you to our Chair Dr Geraldine Canny and committee members Prof Siobhain O’Mahony, Dr Jason Bennett, Dr Radka Fahey (Saldova) and Dr Somayeh (Somy) Mahdikhani for attending on the day.
A particular thank you to Dr Cathy Burke, Clinical Lead of the Cork Supraregional Endometriosis Centre, for joining us and for the valuable discussion around the National Emdometriosis Framework and opportunities to strengthen links between clinical services and research.
