Tom Holland: Advancing Ultrasound and Endometriosis Care at BSGE
Tom Holland, Gynaecologist, robotic and advanced laparoscopic surgeon, endometriosis researcher at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“What a wonderful BSGE week it has been.
Started giving a talk on adnexal masses at the pre-Congress ultrasound course at the Royal Free organised by Maria Memtsa and Lizzie Bean.
Then shared a stage with Davor Jurkovic who knocked it out the park as usual. My talks were on interstitial ectopic and endometriosis assessment.
Arvind Vashisht read my eulogy to my father which was a LI post from a few weeks ago as part of his presidential address. There were about 1000 people in the room. Beautifully read and very moving. Thank you Arvind.
Finished up with Susanne Johnson launching the new BSGE/Bmus guideline for endometriosis ultrasound assessment.”
