Why it matters: male factor infertility is involved in roughly half of infertility cases. Yet women are usually the first partner to be investigated, leaving men out of the conversation, and women carrying the assumption that it’s down to them.
At work, fertility benefits have traditionally meant IVF and egg freezing. That support starts at treatment and is mostly aimed at women, so many people going through fertility struggles are left without access to support.
Our new partnership with Malebox Health Ltd is here to change that, and to build workplace cultures where proactive screening for both men and women is the first step.
In our webinar, we’ll explore how fertility challenges really affect people, how they show up at work, and what good support looks like for every body.
