“Clinical validation of Ziwig Endotest for the diagnosis of endometriosis
The results of a prospective, multicenter study involving nearly 1,000 patients have just been published in NEJM Evidence (October 28, 2025), confirming a diagnostic accuracy of 96.6% for Ziwig Endotest — the first salivary test developed for the diagnosis of endometriosis.
Ziwig Endotest is now available in 37 countries, and already deployed in 80 hospitals in France, with national reimbursement granted under the Fast Track Innovation Scheme (Forfait Innovation) for up to 25,000 patients.
This milestone is a turning point — for the scientific community, healthcare systems, and above all, for the women living with endometriosis.
