“Across May, the RCOG Surgical Training Project team continued to deliver practical, evidence-based improvements to surgical training and standards.
Laura Schaffer (nee Meadowcroft), RCOG Women’s Network Member and Lay Examiner described the importance of the project, not just for doctors but for the women they care for: ‘Investing properly in training means safer care, better patient experiences and helping ensure future patients are looked after by clinicians who feel supported, capable and prepared.’
