This is one of the most common questions I get, and the answer isn’t always the same for everyone.
Your age, your medical history, your menstrual cycles, and even your partner’s health can all play a role in determining when it’s time to see a fertility specialist.
The biggest mistake I see? Waiting longer than you need to because you think you have to ‘just keep trying.’
