“We are back with another success story.
Rohini came to us with long, irregular cycles and PCOS. Like many women in this situation, she had been told to look for ovulation around the middle of her cycle.
But her body had a different plan.
Her follicle took much longer to mature, and she eventually ovulated on Day 55.
This is precisely why I believe fertility treatment should never be based on the calendar alone. Careful follicular monitoring allowed us to understand her individual cycle and time intercourse accordingly.
She conceived naturally in her first monitored cycle.
A simple case, but an important lesson: when the cycle is unpredictable, patience and observation matter.”
