Dulcey Bishop Hunter: Advancing Teacher Support Post-Miscarriage
Dulcey Bishop Hunter, Researcher PHD StudentResearcher PHD Student at University of South Florida, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“I’m excited to present this year at the National Council of Teachers of English (NCTE) annual conference and to be awarded the ELATE Research Initiative grant! I am grateful for the opportunity to present my dissertation research on secondary ELA teachers’ experiences of teaching through trauma. I also join my co-authors, Mandie Bevels Dunn and Jenell Igeleke Penn for a panel presentation on how to support our ELA teacher colleagues following a miscarriage. As always, I am dedicated to supporting and uplifting teachers and humanizing teaching and learning spaces. Looking forward to seeing many ELA colleagues in Denver—you are my people!!”
