Alan Murray: A Proud Day for Everyone at Conceivable Life Sciences

Alan Murray, Founder and CEO of Conceivable Life Sciences, shared a post on LinkedIn by Conceivable Life Sciences, adding:

“Today is a proud day for everyone at Conceivable.

UCSF Center for Reproductive Health is one of the most respected names in reproductive medicine, and the chance to build the UCSF Fertility Excellence Center together is a chance to show what the IVF lab of the future can look like..

The idea is to bring rigorous science, high-volume clinical practice, and automation-assisted laboratory technology under one roof, and generate the evidence the field needs to make IVF more consistent and more accessible.

Thank you to Dr. Marcelle Cedars for her leadership and her vision for what this Center can become.

Thank you to Dr. Mitchell Rosen, UCSF, who directs UCSF’s embryology lab and whose insight has shaped this collaboration from our first conversations. And thank you to the entire University of California, San Francisco team for the trust and the hard work that brought us here.

I also want to recognize our team at Conceivable. Across New York, London, Barcelona, and Guadalajara, they have spent years turning a hard idea into a working platform, and this partnership reflects their effort.

There’s a lot of work ahead. We’re excited to keep pushing forward.”

Quoting Conceivable Life Sciences’ post:

“Today we announced a collaboration with UCSF Center for Reproductive Health and plans to establish the UCSF Fertility Excellence Center, a research hub for IVF laboratory automation on University of California, San Francisco’s Mission Bay campus.

The Center will bring together one of the highest-volume IVF programs on the West Coast, UCSF’s Center for Reproductive Sciences, and our AURA platform, an automation-assisted IVF laboratory designed to operate under the supervision of embryologists. The shared goal is greater standardization and reproducibility in every cycle, for every patient.

‘This Center will give our clinical and research teams a laboratory environment … where precision and consistency are built into every step of the process.’

Dr. Marcelle Cedars, Director, UCSF Center for Reproductive Health.

‘Together with UCSF’s Center for Reproductive Health, we share a vision for the future of IVF: that it can be measured and standardized.’

Alan Murray, CEO and Co-Founder, Conceivable Life Sciences.”
