Oluyemisi Famuyiwa: An Absolute Pleasure to Meet Dr. Kelle Moley at the ASRM Women’s Council
Oluyemisi Famuyiwa, Medical Director at Montgomery Fertility Center, shared on LinkedIn:
”I found a new shero at ASRM 2026!
What an absolute pleasure to meet Dr. Kelle Moley at the ASRM Women’s Council in Baltimore.
Her remarkable career embodies one powerful message: It is never too late to reinvent yourself.
From her distinguished career in academic medicine at Washington University in St. Louis, where she trained and inspired generations of physicians, to leadership roles at the March of Dimes, the Gates Foundation, and now Eli Lilly, where she continues to champion women’s health, Dr. Moley has never stopped evolving or following her calling.
But what struck me most was her presence. Soft-spoken, gracious, and elegant, with a quiet, commanding confidence. She exudes a strength that needs no announcement.
She reminded me that our careers need not follow a straight line. That purpose can evolve, new callings can emerge, and there is no expiration date on pursuing what inspires us.
Reinvention is not starting over. It is building upon everything we have become.
What a remarkable woman and an inspiration to women at every stage of their journey.
So delighted to have met her!”
