Resa Nabor: What If Understanding PCOS Started with Asking the Right Questions?
Resa Nabor, Founder and Community Advocate of PCOS Millennials, shared a post on LinkedIn by PCOS Millennials, adding:
“What if understanding PCOS started with asking the right questions instead of taking every available test?
Many Filipinas still aren’t sure which health checks matter, what their results mean, or what to discuss with their doctors.
That’s why we created this guide. To make PCOS health information easier to understand and help women feel more confident in advocating for their health, because informed women deserve better healthcare conversations.”
Quoting PCOS Millennials’ post:
“Not every woman with PCOS needs the same set of medical tests. But every woman deserves to understand what her body needs.
From hormone tests and blood sugar checks to cholesterol and blood pressure monitoring, knowing what to ask your doctor can help you make more informed decisions about your health.
I created this guide especially for Filipinas navigating PCOS, because understanding your health shouldn’t feel overwhelming or out of reach.
Read the full guide.
Let’s make women’s health education more accessible, one conversation at a time.”
