AI Model Predicts Pregnancy Outcomes Through Endometrial Receptivity Scoring – Future Fertility
Future Fertility shared a post on LinkedIn:
“This week we’re digging into an ASRM2025 abstract demonstrating that our AI model for endometrial receptivity assessment can objectively score the endometrium using ultrasound images to predict clinical pregnancy and live birth outcomes across patients with different prior pregnancy histories.
Study at a glance:
- 3,905 transvaginal ultrasound images from unique embryo transfers collected across 70 fertility clinics in the U.S.
- AI scores differentiated pregnancy outcomes and correlated with live birth rates across all prior-pregnancy groups
- Higher AI scores → higher likelihood of pregnancy and live birth
- Predictive performance held true even for euploid embryos
Why it matters:
- Today’s ultrasound assessments rely on thickness and pattern, which are subjective and operator-dependent.
- This endometrial AI model marks a significant step forward – moving beyond visual interpretation to a quantifiable, objective measure of receptivity.
