“Our most recent case report has just been published:
‘Antiphospholipid Syndrome Manifesting as Myocardial Infarction: A Case Report and Review of the Literature.’
This work highlights how APS can present as acute MI, complicating PCI with migratory thrombi, and underscores the importance of thrombophilia screening in young patients. We also review the literature to emphasize tailored anticoagulation strategies and long-term management.
