California IVF Coverage Expands to 9 Million More Californians – ASRM
American Society for Reproductive Medicine – ASRM shared a post on LinkedIn:
“A huge win for fertility access in California! After more than a decade of advocacy, SB 729 is now law, bringing IVF coverage to 9 million more Californians starting January 1, 2026. This milestone expands access, uses ASRM’s inclusive definition of infertility, and helps more families build the futures they deserve. Thank you to every advocate who called, shared their story, and showed up. Your voices made this possible.”
