New Study Reveals IVF Success for Women With Endometriosis – Fertility Plus
Fertility Plus shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Endometriosis and IVF: When It’s the Only Problem, Chances of a Baby Are Surprisingly High! A recent study revealed that women with endometriosis as their sole infertility diagnosis have surprisingly high chances of achieving a live birth through IVF.
In fact, the research showed that these women had slightly higher adjusted live birth rates compared to those with other infertility causes, boasting a cumulative chance of 64-83% for at least one live birth after six ART cycles.
However, it’s important to note that if endometriosis is accompanied by other factors like male infertility or tubal issues, the live birth rates tend to be lower, with a 46% increased risk of pregnancy loss.
