Lucy Froese: You Can Keep Trying for a Baby While Getting Support for Yourself

Lucy Froese, Fertility and IVF Coach, shared on LinkedIn:

“How many times have you told yourself, ‘I’ll give it one more month to get pregnant before I ask for help’?

Maybe this next month will be the one.

I’ll see how this cycle goes before I do anything else.

Let me just try this one more thing first.

If it doesn’t work this time, then I’ll reach out.

Sound familiar?

You might have been saying some version of this for longer than you’d like to admit.

And I understand why.

Because every new cycle brings another chance that this could finally be your month.

But here’s something I’ve noticed in the women I work with.

So many tell me, ‘I wish I’d come to you sooner.’

Not because they should have stopped trying.

Not because they weren’t doing enough.

But because they didn’t realise how much they were carrying until they finally had somewhere to put it all.

The disappointment of another negative pregnancy test.

The fear that it might never happen.

The pressure to keep doing everything possible.

The exhaustion of trying to stay positive when you’re terrified of being disappointed again.

You don’t have to wait until you’re completely overwhelmed to get support.

And you don’t have to wait until your next cycle doesn’t work to start feeling calmer, more confident, and more in control.

You can keep trying for a baby while getting support for yourself.

That’s what I help women do.

Through my fertility coaching, we work through the fear, disappointment, and emotional pressure that can build up after months or years of trying to conceive.

So you can stop feeling consumed by the process and start feeling more like yourself again.

If you’ve been telling yourself ‘just one more month’, perhaps this is the month you do something for yourself, too.

I offer a free consultation where we can talk through what you’ve been experiencing and how I can support you.

You can find the link in my profile.”
