Richard Flint: Running to Spread Awareness For Antiphospholipid Syndrome
Richard Flint, Software Engineer at Sky, shared a post on LinkedIn:
”Less than 4 months until the robin hood half marathon!
Just a reminder, I am running to spread awareness for Antiphospholipid syndrome, and any donations are going to APS Support UK. So far we have raised an amazing £225 thanks to some incredibly generous big donations, please can I ask if you can spare even a small amount to the cause and share my link around, it would mean the world to both me and Sonia.
As a training update, today I managed to get a 5k PB at 24:46 mins! My first sub 25 minute 5k! Pushing my limits every week.
Rich’s fundraiser for APS Support UK.”
